Refund Policy

At HomeHack Supply, we want you to be happy with your order.

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
• Unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Sale items
• Used products
• Digital products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
